A man has been charged with possession of cocaine and methamphetamine following a weapons calls on Monday night.

At around 9:50 p.m. on August 24, 2026, police were dispatched to a weapons call in the 300 block of Pendygrasse Road. It was reported that a man had threatened a female with bear spray outside a vehicle.

Arriving officers located two men inside the vehicle and learned the woman was no longer on scene. Both men were detained for a weapons investigation. One of the men was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and suspected cocaine.

The 40-year-old man has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (x2).
