Police are investigating after a male youth was stabbed on Saturday night.

At around 9:00 p.m. on September 5, 2026, police were dispatched to the 10 block of 22nd Street East for a report of an injured person.

Upon police arrival, officers located a 16-year-old male with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to hospital by paramedics for further medical treatment.

Through initial investigation, officers learned the male was approached by a group of people when a male in the group stabbed him.
