Two men were arrested following the conclusion of a dial-a-dope drug trafficking investigation.
At around 4:00 p.m. on September 3, 2026, members of the Drug Unit, with the assistance of the Tactical Support Unit, arrested two men in relation to a drug trafficking investigation; one in the 1100 block of Avenue P North and the other in the 500 block of Nelson Road. Following their arrests, a search warrant was executed at an address in the 700 block of Brighton Gate and the following evidentiary seizures were made;
- 93.8 grams hard and soft cocaine (packaged for sale)
- $10,070 CAD
- 3x counterfeit cigarette cartons
- 2012 Kia Forte
- Assorted paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking
As a result, both 24-year-old men have been charged with six drug trafficking-related offences.
