A 36-year-old Saskatoon man has been charged following a collision involving a car and a motorcycle at the bottom of the Broadway Bridge on the weekend.

At approximately 4:00 p.m., October 4, 2026, Police were called to the collision. The 28-year-old motorcycle operator was receiving assistance from bystanders at the scene before begin transported to hospital with what were believed to be non life-threatening injuries. The driver of the car was not injured. Police learned from witnesses that a verbal altercation had occurred between the two drivers while stopped at a traffic light at 12th Street East and Broadway Avenue and was followed by the collision a few blocks later.

The 36-year-old driver of the sedan is charged with Dangerous Driving. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 18th.
