Saskatoon Police are investigating after responding to a report of a firearm.

At approximately 2:30 a.m., February 7, 2026, it was reported that a male brandishing a firearm, entered a residence in the 300 block of Avenue Q South and was involved in an altercation with an occupant.

Further investigation confirmed the presence of a firearm, however both the suspect and victim fled prior to police arrival. There were no reported injuries.
