Police are investigating after a woman was assaulted during a break and enter early this morning.

At around 1:15 a.m. on February 12, 2026, police received a report of a break and enter to a residence in the 300 block of Dickson Crescent. Through investigation, officers learned that a group of masked persons had broken into the residence, discharged bear spray, assaulted the occupant, and stole items before fleeing the area prior to police arrival. The suspects and victim are not believed to be known to one another.
