Three people have been arrested following a robbery and assault on Friday evening.

At around 7:45 p.m. on February 20, 2026, police were called to a business in the 500 block of Wellman Crescent for a report of robbery and assault. Upon arrival, officers learned that four people entered the business, stole merchandise, and assaulted two security guards upon fleeing. Officers obtained video evidence from the business and distributed images of the suspects to additional officers patrolling the area. Three of the four suspects were located and arrested nearby a short time later; one of which was found to be in possession of an imitation firearm.

As a result, two men, age 29 and 40, and a 20-year-old woman have been charged with robbery. The 40-year-old man was further charged with three firearms-related offences.

Police are continuing to investigate.
