One Arrested Following ICE Investigation

The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has charged a Meadow Lake man with child exploitation related offences.

On November 19, 2025, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit executed a search warrant at a home in Meadow Lake. Electronic devices were examined at scene and also seized by investigators.

As a result of the investigation, 34 year old William Caleb Wade of Meadow Lake was charged on February 22, 2026 with the following:

2 Counts - Possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material.

Wade was remanded until his next court appearance on March 2, 2026 at 1:30 pm in Meadow Lake Provincial Court.

The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service and Saskatoon Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving the abuse and/or exploitation of children on the Internet.
