Police are investigating an assault that occurred on Friday evening.

At approximately 9:40 p.m., February 14, 2020, Patrol officers responded to a reported assault in the 200 block of 23rd Street East. Upon arrival, Police located a 22-year-old woman who reported being assaulted by a number of youths. Four youth were located nearby, while others had fled prior to Police arrival.

The 22-year-old woman sustained minor physical injuries but did not require treatment.

No charges have been laid at this time but Police are continuing to investigate, and ask anyone with information on this assault to call 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
