Three teens are facing a number of charges after refusing to stop for Police yesterday morning.

At approximately 11:20 a.m., April 6, 2020, Patrol officers observed a black Dodge Ram truck at 33rd Street W and Avenue H North baring an incorrect licence plate. The driver turned down an alley in the 1100 block of Avenue F North. Police observed the abandoned vehicle and three suspects fleeing the scene. All three male suspects were taken into custody nearby. One of the males was in possession of brass knuckles. Numerous residential fences were damaged by the suspects during the foot pursuit. It was also found that the truck had been stolen by using the keys that were left inside of another truck that had previously been stolen.

The accused, ages 16, 14 and 13, are facing numerous charges including Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, Mischief and Breach of Probation.
