Saskatoon Police have charged a 23 yr. old Saskatoon man with driving in excess of 100 km/hr. in a 50 km/hr. speed zone.

At approx. 11:00 p.m. April 17, 2020, a patrol officer clocked a vehicle at a speed of 109 km/hr. in a 50 km/hr. speed zone near Cumberland Ave. and 8th St. E.. The driver was issued a $900.00 ticket and his vehicle has been impounded for 7 days.

Police would like to remind motorists to obey the traffic laws and arrive at their destination safely.
