The Saskatoon Police Service has officially welcomed it's newest members. The eight new constables graduated last night in Saskatoon as the Saskatchewan Police College Recruit Class #80.
The eight were originally part of a group of 21 taking part in training at the college in Regina, however pandemic restrictions made continuing there impossible. The SPS Human Resources Training Unit was able to quickly respond and adjust the course syllabus to ensure the recruits could finish their training at SPS headquarters, while ensuring physical distancing.
The new members are now fully qualified and ready to serve the citizens of Saskatoon. We ask you to join us in congratulating these men and women, and wish them well in their careers.
