A woman was charged after waving a firearm in public yesterday morning.

At approximately 10:15 a.m., May 27, 2020, Police received a repot that a woman was waving a gun around in front of a building in the 1500 block of 20th Street West. When Patrol officers arrived, they took the woman into custody and found her to be in possession of an imitation firearm.

The 37-year-old woman was charged with Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose. (Court Info # 991129157).
