One woman was arrested last night following a traffic stop.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., June 9, 2020, Patrol officers observed a woman riding a bicycle without a light or reflectors. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 block of Avenue I North. The woman refused to provide her real name to Police and was subsequently arrested for Obstruction. She was believed to be under the influence of an intoxicant. Inside of her backpack, officers located prepackaged methamphetamine, a scale, cash and other items consistent with drug trafficking. She was also found to be in breach of numerous court-ordered conditions.

A 20 year old woman from Humboldt, SK is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of the Proceeds of Crime Under $5000, Obstructing an Officer and Breach of Conditions.
