A woman is facing charges after forcibly confining another woman yesterday afternoon.

At approximately 1:30 a.m., June 11, 2020, Police were notified that a 35-year-old woman had been forcibly confined. She reported that between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., June 10, 2020, she was forcibly confined and assaulted at a residence in the 300 block of Avenue W South. She was able to get away and was located by a good Samaritan who transported her to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested and charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Forcible Confinement. (Court Info # 991130263).
