One man was arrested following a report of a suspicious person.

At approximately 3:00 p.m., June 16, 2020, Saskatoon Police received a report of a suspicious person in a back alley near Avenue F North and 34th Street West. Upon arrival, Patrol members located a shirtless man with a baton and a knife. He appeared agitated and was believed to be under the influence of methamphetamine. Upon arrival, the man was successfully taken into custody without incident. He was found with small baggies, believed to contain trace amounts of methamphetamine. No one was injured during the incident..

A 29 year old Saskatoon man is charged with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon (X2).
