Saskatoon Police Major Crimes have arrested and charged three adults in relation to Saskatoon's most recent homicide. A 25 year old male, a 18 year old male and a 20 year old female have all been charged with with Second Degree Murder.
At just after midnight on, July 11, 2020, Police Communications began receiving 911 calls regarding a shooting in the 100 block of Avenue K south. Through the immediate and coordinated response from our Communication Dispatch, Patrol officers, K9, Air Support and Tactical Support Units, officers were not only able to mitigate this high risk situation but also track and apprehend all those involved and recover significant evidence.
Investigators believe that this incident was not random. All three accused have seen a Justice of the Peace and will make their first court appearances tomorrow morning. The investigation continues.

Saskatoon Police received a 911 call at just after midnight on July 11th, 2020 regarding a male having been shot in a residence in the 100 block of Avenue K South. Officers responded and upon arrival, a 18 year old male was found injured and was pronounced deceased at scene. The victim's death is being ruled a homicide.
Investigators with Major Crimes and Forensic Identification, were called out and are actively investigating this incident with Patrol. A large number of people from the scene are in police custody and being questioned.
