Traffic restrictions at 71st. Street and Idylwyld Dr. N have been lifted. The Saskatoon Police Service would like to thank the public for their cooperation.
A 39 year old male was operating a motorcycle when it collided with a pickup truck. He was sent to hospital by ambulance with serious but non life threatening injuries. The driver of the truck was not injured in the collision.
The Collision Analyst Unit is continuing their investigation and charges are pending.

Saskatoon Police Service patrol and traffic members are currently at the scene motor vehicle collision between a vehicle and motorcycle at 71st. street and Idylwyld Dr N. which occurred at approximately 4:40p.m. Monday August 24th.
Traffic restrictions will be in place while the investigation continues and traffic is being asked to avoid the area as several emergency vehicles are working. A media release will follow once those restrictions are lifted.
