Two men were arrested and charged on Friday after Police found them in possession of numerous weapons.

At approximately 9:00 a.m., September 25, 2020, Patrol officers responded to the 1600 block of Ruth Street East after it was reported that two males had arrived in a vehicle and were causing a disturbance. Upon police arrival, they located a knife and a can of bear spray in plain view in the vehicle and the two men were taken into custody. Further investigation also located a loaded sawed-off shotgun, a machete, ammunition, and another knife.

The two men, ages 31 and 38, are facing a combined total of 27 weapons-related offences (Court Info #'s 991140797, 991140790, 991140789, 991140794).
