An arrest has been made in connection to an incident involving a home being shot at yesterday.
At approximately 1:30 p.m., November 25, 2020, Police conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Marr Avenue. A 21-year-old male suspect was arrested from the vehicle without incident.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., November 25, 2020, a search warrant was executed at a residence in the 800 block of Marr Avenue. This was completed by members of the Guns & Gangs Unit, with the assistance of Patrol and the Canine Unit. A sawed-off rifle, ammunition and cannabis were seized from inside the home.
A 21-year-old Saskatoon man is facing 10 firearms-related offences including Recklessly Discharging a Firearm. He is also charged with Wearing a Disguise for the Purpose of Committing an Indictable Offence, Possession of the Proceeds of Crime Under $5000, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis for the Purpose of Selling and Breach of Release.

Police are searching for a suspect(s) in connection to a shot being fired at a home early this morning.
At approximately 12:30 a.m., November 25, 2020, Patrol officers were dispatched to a multi-unit dwelling in the 3700 block of Fairlight Drive. Initial reports stated that the home had been shot at while the residents were inside. Upon arrival, Police located a broken window, a bullet and further damage inside the home caused by a discharged firearm. No one was injured and no suspect description is available at this time.
