Four people are facing a total of 33 charges after they were found in possession of a firearm during a traffic stop on Saturday night.

Shortly before 10:00 p.m., November 28, 2020, Patrol officers conducted a traffic stop on Avenue S just south of 22nd Street West. Upon approaching the vehicle, officers observed a part of a firearm inside. The four occupants were instructed to exit the vehicle and did so without incident.

Further search of the vehicle yielded additional pieces of a disassembled shotgun, as well as several rounds of ammunition.

Two men, ages 32 and 33, and two women, ages 21 and 29, are all facing numerous firearms-related charges.
