Three people are in custody today following an evade police incident and a break and enter.

At approximately 3:10 a.m., December 9, 2020, Patrol officers observed a stolen, white, 2013 GMC Yukon at 8th Street East and Cumberland Avenue South. A traffic stop was attempted but the driver fled and began driving erratically. Members of the Air Support Unit observed the SUV travel to the 300 block of Kingsmere Boulevard, where it stopped outside of an apartment building. Three occupants were seen fleeing from the vehicle and subsequently broke into the building.

All three occupants, a female and two males, were arrested from inside without incident. A knife was located on one of the men.

A 32-year-old woman and two men, ages 28 and 31, all from Saskatoon, are charged with Break and Enter.

The 28-year-old man is also charged with Dangerous Driving, Evade Police, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, Carry a Concealed Weapon, Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000, Breach of Release and Breach of Probation.
