Saskatoon Police are searching for a male suspect involved in an assault Monday morning, at approximately 8:45 a.m.
On February 10, 2020, an 18 year old Saskatoon woman reported that she had been assaulted by an unknown male in a pedestrian tunnel under Circle Drive, connecting Avenue W North to Marlborough Crescent. The victim told officers that the man approached her from behind and grabbed her arm. A physical altercation took place prior to the victim fleeing on foot. She received minor injuries from the assault.
The male suspect is described as being Caucasian, in his 30’s with an average build at approximately 5’10” – 6’ in height. He reportedly spoke with a deep voice, in a language the victim did not recognize. He was wearing blue jeans, a dark blue sweater with the hood up and a black neck warmer pulled up to conceal the lower portion of his face. He had black hair sticking out from under his hood, bushy eyebrows and brown eyes. He may also have sores on his hands.
