Two Saskatoon men are facing charges following the execution of a search warrant by members of the Guns and Gangs Unit.

At approximately 11:00 a.m, February 13, 2020, Police attended to a residence in the 200 block Montreal Avenue South to conduct the search. Inside the residence they located two males, ages 24 and 25, just under a gram of methamphetamine, a loaded, modified .22 calibre rifle, and numerous pieces of stolen identification.

Upon a search of the 24 year old man located just under eight grams of methamphetamine.

The 24 year old is facing charges including: Possession of Methamphetamine and Breach of Probation. He was also wanted on outstanding warrants.

The 25 year old is facing charges of Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace, Breach of Court Conditions, two firearm related offences and Possession of Stolen Property (x19) in regard to the identification.
