At approximately 1147 hours, the Saskatoon Police Service received information that a possible body was observed in the river near the Train Bridge. The Saskatoon Fire Department attended and the body of a male was retrieved from the river. Life saving measures were unsuccessful and the male was pronounced deceased. Investigation remains ongoing.
