Investigators with the Saskatoon Police Service Child Abuse Unit have concluded a sexual assault and sexual interference investigation.

It was reported to Police that a 35-year-old man had sexually assaulted a 15-year-old female. He was also accused of physically and sexually assaulting a 37-year-old woman. The incidents occurred between January 2016 and December 6, 2020. The suspect and victims are known to each other. On December 8, 2020, the male suspect was arrested.

A 35-year-old Saskatoon man is charged with Sexual Assault, Assault, Obtaining Sexual Services from a Minor, Sexual Assault with a Weapon and Sexual Interference.

His first court appearance was on December 23, 2020 and he was held on tertiary grounds. He will remain in custody until his next court appearance on January 13, 2021.
