A 33-year-old man was revived by Naloxone on Saturday morning after patrol officers found him unconscious.
At approximately 11:00 a.m., April 17, 2021, an officer on patrol located an unconcious male in the 300 block of Avenue P South. Attempts to wake the male were unsuccessful and the officer believed him to be suffering from an overdose. The officer administered Narcan, however it was unsuccessful in reviving the man. A second dose of Narcan was administered and within seconds the man regained consciousness and was transported to hospital by Medavie Health Services as a precaution.
