Two women, ages 22 and 18 are recovering from non life-threatening injuries following a shooting incident over the weekend.

The two were sitting outside a home in the 500 block of Avenue J South at approximately midnight, May 2, 2021, when two males began firing a weapon over a fence. Both women were injured by what were determined to be pellets. One male suspect is described as wearing a black sweater and grey joggers. No other suspect description is available.
