One man is in custody this evening following a report of a robbery.

At approximately 5:35 p.m., May 22, 2021, Patrol officers were dispatched to report of a street robbery. It occurred near Preston Ave N and 108th St. W. A male suspect approached the victim and produced bear spray, demanding their bicycle. The male fled on the bicycle and the victim was not injured. Approximately 15 minutes later Police located the suspect with the bicycle near 25th St. E. and 2nd Ave. N and took him into custody.

A 26-year-old man is charged with Robbery, Weapon Dangerous to the Public, Possessing Identity Documentation Relating to Another Person , and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
