Saskatoon Police Service Patrol officers were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of Av V N for a female that was threatening self harm with a knife.

Upon police arrival, the female produced a knife and threatened police with it. She moved toward the police and both officers deployed their Conducted Energy Weapons.

The female was unharmed but transported to hospital for assessment.

The incident will be reviewed in accordance with Policy.
