A 45-year-old man and 35-year-old woman, both from Saskatoon, are facing a number of charges following an investigation into drug trafficking.

During the investigation by members of the Saskatoon Police Service Drug Unit, a search warrant was executed at a home in the 1300 block of Egbert Avenue on June 5, 2021. Inside, officers located 4.1 grams of psilocybin, 25.2 grams of methamphetamine, 30.45 grams of carfentanil, $4100 in cash and drug paraphernalia.

The male and female residents of the home were taken into custody and are now facing charges including; trafficking methamphetamine and carfentanil, and possession of the proceeds of crime.
