One man has been arrested and charged following an investigation into a dial-a-dope operation.

On July 23, 2021, the Saskatoon Police Service Drug Unit (SPSDU), with the assistance of the Air Support Unit (ASU) and Tactical Support Unit (TSU), simultaneously executed search warrants on a vehicle and residence following the observation by Police of activity consistent with drug trafficking; the search warrants were executed following a traffic stop of the vehicle as it travelled in the area of Circle Drive East near 1st Avenue North and at a residence located in the 200 block of Willis Crescent.

As a result of this investigation, Police seized: 53.6g of crack cocaine, 1.1g of soft cocaine, five mobile phones, $6795 CAD, and one vehicle.

A 32 year-old Saskatoon man is facing three charges relating to drug trafficking and possession.
