As a result of the weapons investigation undertaken by the SPS Guns and Gangs unit in the 700 block of 8th St. E., a 30 year old female and a 23 year old male from Saskatoon remain in custody and will appear at court later today. Several firearms charges will be laid against the male and female in regards to an illegally possessed shotgun that was seized. Both of the accused were also found to be in breach of previous release conditions.
