Two women, one from Saskatoon and one from Edmonton, along with a man from Liberty, SK are facing a total of 53 charges following a report of a disturbance last night.

Just after 11:00 a.m., August 2, 2021, Police were called to a residence in the 200 block of Avenue O South where people were outside creating the disturbance. Members of the Air Support Unit witnessed three people leaving from the rear of the home as ground units arrived. The three made their way to another address on the street. Patrol members located a running vehicle at the scene and two women and a man. A search of the vehicle resulted in officers locating a loaded firearm on the backseat and two more firearms along with ammunition in the rear hatch area. A search of the 31 year old male resulted in officers locating fentanyl, Xanax and hydromorph. A 33 year old female was in possession of methamphetamine.

The three, including a 44 year old female, are facing numerous firearm related charges. The 31 year old male and 33 year old female are facing additional drug charges.
