A man was arrested after a firearm was discharged yesterday evening.

At approximately 8:00 p.m., August 12, 2021, Police responded to a report of a discharged firearm in an alley north of the 1500 block of 20th Street West. Upon investigation, officers located a male in the area and found he had a firearm tied to his leg, and a second firearm in a bag hidden under his shirt. The second firearm was found to be loaded. Police also seized a can of bear spray and a knife from the bag.

The 26-year-old man is facing 20 weapons-related charges. (Court Info # 991169365)
