Sept. 5, 2021. SPS Communications have started receiving multiple calls in regards to an Emergency Alert that has been broadcast by the RCMP.

The emergency notice is in regards to an on going incident north of Melfort, SK. The RCMP are on scene and continue to investigate. At this time, there is no relation between this incident and the Saskatoon area.
