The Saskatoon Police Service Serious Assault Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred on Monday night.

On August 15th, 2022, at approximately 10:45 p.m., police were called to the 300 block of Avenue T South, for the report of an injured person. Upon arrival, officers found a 41-year-old woman suffering from non-life threatening injuries, consistent with a gunshot wound. She was transported to hospital by Medavie Health Services. The suspect had fled the scene.
