Two men and a woman all from Saskatoon are facing charges following an armed robbery inside a residence in the 2900 block of Preston Avenue.
Police responded to a nearby address where a 26 year old male reported being threatened with a gun and robbed at the Preston Avenue home. The man had been able to run to a nearby store to call police. A perimeter was established around the home and traffic restrictions were put in place as a precaution due to the firearm involved. Officers were able to make contact with the people inside the home and take them into custody. A search of the residence resulted in police locating a shot gun and ammunition.
A 29 year old man is facing a charge of armed robbery, along with 12 firearm related offences.
The 32 year old female and 36 year old man are both facing a charge of armed robbery.

Preston Avenue traffic restrictions have now been lifted. Police would like to thank the public for avoiding the area.
Saskatoon Police Service is currently conducting an investigation at a residence in the 2900 Block of Preston Avenue South. Traffic is restricted in both the north and south bound directions. Police are asking members of the public to avoid the area until further notice.
An update will be provided when restrictions are lifted.
