The Saskatoon Police Service Crime Reduction Team has made an arrest, after a four day investigation.

On February 24th, 2022, at approximately 7:45 p.m., investigators were assisted by the SPS Tactical Support Unit, to serve a warrant in the 400 block of 3rd Avenue North. A 30-year-old man, inside the residence, was believed to be involved in cocaine trafficking. He was taken into custody without further incident.

A search of the residence recovered:

• 100.6 grams of crack cocaine (67 bagged pieces)
• $340 cash
• Four cell phones
• Ammunition rounds
• Kevlar body armour

The 30-year-old man has been charged with Trafficking Cocaine, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine, Possession of the Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 and Possession Contrary to Order (Ammunition)
