Saskatoon Police Chief Troy Cooper is currently recovering after a medical emergency this week.

On April 17, 2023, Chief Cooper was taken to hospital for a medical emergency. He has since been discharged and is recovering at home. Operations at the SPS have not been affected.

The SPS would like to thank members of the general public, and media who have sent in their well wishes.
