A Saskatoon man is facing a number of charges following a robbery on Saturday.
At approximately 11:30 a.m., January 14, 2023, officers responded to a report of a robbery at a convenience store in the 200 block of Pendygrasse Road. It was reported that a man entered the store, stole a cash box and struck the driver of a delivery truck at the business before fleeing on foot. Upon arrival, witnesses directed Police to a parking lot in the 100 block of Clancy Drive where the suspect was located carrying a cash box. He was arrested without incident.
A 37-year-old man is charged with Robbery, Wearing a Disguise with Intent, Assault, Possession of Methamphetamine and Breach of Probation. Police are continuing to investigate.
