A man is facing charges after police responded to a report of a break and enter yesterday evening.

At approximately 7:30 p.m., May 23, 2023, Patrol officers responded to an address in the 1400 block of Arlington Avenue, after it was reported that a man had entered a residence with a rifle before leaving without incident. Upon arrival, police located an individual matching the suspect description in the basement of the residence, along with three imitation firearms.

The 44-year-old man is charged with Break and Enter with a Weapon, Assault with a Weapon, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, and Using a Firearm in Commission of an Offence. (Court Info # 991232776)
