Patrol Officers and Animal Control Officers responded to several calls this afternoon about a dog at large in the 2700 block of 33rd St. West. The dog bit two children, aged 5 and 13, and attacked at least two adults attempting to help the children. The dog was later located and safely taken under control by Animal Control Officers. The two children were transported to hospital with non life threatening injuries consistent with dog bites.
