A man was arrested over the weekend after police responded to firearms complaint.

At approximately 3:40 p.m., September 2, 2023, patrol officers responded to the 1100 block of Tiffin Crescent after it was reported that a man was inside a residence armed with a firearm and making threatening comments. Police officers contained the residence, and at approximately 5:15 p.m, the man exited the residence and was taken into custody. A search of the residence located a firearm and ammunition.

The 57-year-old man is charged with Unauthorized Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition.
