After a decade, the Saskatoon Police Service is renewing its request for public assistance in the 2013 homicide of Algin Anton Gamble.
On September 7, 2013, 32-year-old Algin Gamble was witnessed on his bike at the corner of 23rd Street and Avenue U South talking to someone in a black SUV. An argument occurred between the two before the SUV drove away at a high rate of speed. Gamble fell off his bike and was struck by the vehicle as it fled. He was transported to hospital where he died of his injuries on September 9, 2013.
The investigation into this historical homicide remains open. No suspects have been arrested but investigators believe members of the public may have information helpful in solving the case.
