Police are investigating after a woman was stabbed on Friday.

Shortly after 1:00 p.m. on December 1, 2023, police were called to a hospital in the 1700 block of 20th Street West for a report of an injured woman. Upon arrival, it was learned that the 33-year-old woman had entered into the emergency room with a life-threatening stab wound to her neck. She was immediately attended to by medical personnel; her condition has since improved. Officers were not able to locate a scene or identify any suspects; however, members of the Serious Assault Unit are continuing to investigate.
