On April 12, 2024, shortly before 9:00 p.m., police were dispatched to the 300 block of Avenue C South for reports of an assault. Arriving officers confirmed the victim had been assaulted by an unknown male who fled the scene shortly before police arrived. The victim was transported to hospital in stable condition to receive further assessment. Investigations are continuing.

Early April 14th, at 1:22 a.m., police responded to a call of a male laying on the street who had been stabbed. Upon arrival, the 32-year-old male had been picked up by emergency services and transported to hospital. His condition was noted as stable. The Saskatoon Serious Assaults Unit (SAU) is currently investigating the matter.

On April 14th, 9:10 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of 20th Street West to a report of a female who had been stabbed. Upon speaking to the victim, it was learned she was robbed of her personal belongings, assaulted and stabbed at her home in the 400 Block of Ave R South. The 20-year-old female was able to walk herself to hospital to get treatment. The SAU is investigating the matter.
