Police are investigating in relation to an aggravated assault that occurred Friday morning.

On July 19, 2024 at approximately 4:40 a.m. police received a report of an unknown problem in the 200 block of Avenue L North. Further updates stated there was an injured person walking outside.

Upon arrival, officers located a male covered on blood; he was treated by paramedics on scene before being transported the hospital with what were believed to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Upon further investigation, evidence was located inside a residence in the 200 block of Avenue L North and shortly after three suspects were arrested on scene.

The Serious Assault Unit is continuing to investigate and any further updates will be provided when available.
