Traffic restrictions have now been lifted and police have since cleared the area of Acadia Drive following an earlier collision.
At around 2:30 p.m. on August 21, 2024, police received a report of a three vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of Acadia Drive and Leddy Crescent. Upon arriving on scene, officers began attending to an adult female that had been involved in the collision; arriving paramedics transported her to hospital for treatment of what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. All three vehicles were required to be towed from the scene.
Members of the motoring public are thanked for their accommodation of the temporary traffic restrictions.
Police are responding to a multi-vehicle crash that occurred in the intersection of Acadia Drive and Leddy Crescent. Traffic restrictions are in place and members of the public are asked to avoid the area.
