The Saskatoon Police Service is investigating a stabbing that occurred Saturday evening.

At approximately 7:30 p.m. on August 24, 2024 police were called to the 600 block of Duchess Street for a report of an injured person. Initial information stated a male had been stabbed half an hour before the call.

Upon arrival, officers located the victim suffering from injuries consistent with a stabbing; he was treated by paramedics and transported to hospital with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
